On 16–17 February, Knyaz Club took part in the HMB tournament «Winter Fight Cup», held in the village of Goch, Germany. The event included 5 vs 5 and duel bouts.

Twenty teams from all over Europe came to compete, and our club arrived as part of «Knyaz-2». Worth noting — Knyaz Club fielded an international line-up together with fighters from the «Knyaz UK» branch for the first time.

In a fierce battle the «Knyaz» team came out top of its qualifying group and into the play-offs, reaching the round of 1/8. Sadly we couldn’t go further, dropping a hard 4-round bout to «Lions of Steel» from the Netherlands.

A very unpleasant loss, but we’re proud to have finally fought together with the British lads in a single set of club colours! It was a unique chance for great training in real tournament conditions!
